Le Pr H\u00e9lene Kamdem (Cameroun) a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019Institut pour remplacer le Pr Baya Banza (Burkina Faso), d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 .<\/p>\n<p>Le Pr Kamdem est d\u00e9mographe de formation. Elle occupait jusqu\u2019ici les fonctions de Directeur adjoint en charge des affaires acad\u00e9miques . Tr\u00e8s discr\u00e8te mais d\u2019une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9\u00a0 incroyable au travail, elle est\u00a0 surtout connue pour son parcours administratif atypique au sein de la structure dont elle a d\u00e9sormais la charge , pour avoir pratiquement gravi toutes les marches.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9 en 1971, l\u2019IFORD est un organisme inter-\u00e9tatique regroupant 23 \u00c9tats de l\u2019Afrique Francophone et de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien.
